Are there hidden costs?
No. Your water, gas, electric and insurance are all covered in your monthly rental fee.
Am I limited to the number of hours I can work?
No. As a business owner, you have a key to both the front door and your own suite. You make your own hours, book your own appointments and keep 100% of the profits.
What will it cost to start?
We require a one month security deposit at the time of signing the lease.
What is the term of the lease?

Can I decorate my suite?Yes. We want you to create the atmosphere that you wish to provide your clients by decorating. Don't like to paint? Don't worry! We will paint your suite the color(s) that you choose.
What is provided in the suite?Each suite is fully equipped. The suite typically features: Wet Styling Station with Shampoo Bowl and Cabinetry, Mirror, Styling Chair, Check Out Station, Retail Display, Private Mixing Station with sink, storage, refrigerator and microwave, and Dryer Chair.
